Whether you’re a long-time local, a high school student looking to give back, or someone just looking to make new friends while supporting your community, we welcome all hands and hearts. No experience necessary—just a willingness to help and a positive spirit!

Corvette: Thunder in the Glen
3rd Weekend in May
Help us kick off the car season in style! We need passionate volunteers for:
- Car and vendor check-in
- Logistics and general runners
- Merchandise sales
- Traffic and safety positions
- Event set-up and clean-up
Watkins Glen Waterfront Festival
Saturday of Father’s Day Weekend
This lakeside celebration is a fan favorite—and we need your help to make it run smoothly! Volunteer opportunities include:
- Parking and merchandise sales
- Vendor check-in and boat staging
- Event timing
- Set-up and clean-up
Odessa Community Day
Last Saturday of July
Help us bring Odessa to life with this growing celebration! We’re looking for:
- Vendor check-in
- Event set-up and clean-up
Grand Prix Festival
First Friday After Labor Day
Our largest and most iconic event. Volunteer roles span many areas, such as:
- Individual event check in, set up, logistics
- Merchandise sales
- Parking and traffic direction
- Headquarters runners
- Set-up and take-down
True Love 100 Year Anniversary Celebration
September 25-27
A special, one-time anniversary weekend celebrating a historic icon of Seneca Lake: The True Love Sailboat. We need volunteers for:
- Vendor check-in
- Info Booth and Merch Booths
- Set-up and clean-up
Falls Harvest Festival
First Saturday in October
Celebrate the season with us in downtown Montour Falls! We need volunteers for:
- Vendor check-in
- Set-up and clean-up
Watkins Glen Village Christmas
First Friday in December
Spread holiday cheer by joining our Village Christmas team! Roles include:
- Parade coordination
- Vendor check-in
